Project I: Procurement of Legal Agency Service for the Case of Jiabao Shiguang Lease Contract Dispute

Scope of Service: 1. As the legal agent of Yingli Qipaifang, the Supplier shall provide legal agency services for the Company in the case of the Jiabao Shiguang Lease Contract Dispute in respect of negotiation, settlement, mediation, preservation (if required), first instance, second instance, counterclaim (if any), retrial (if any), and enforcement proceedings, etc.; 2. Agency service: The Supplier shall provide legal agency services for the Company in all cases within the scope set out in this requirement, including but not limited to case analysis, evidence collection, drafting of legal documents, appearing in court and responding to the litigation, and enforcement, etc.; 3. Legal consultation: The Supplier shall provide professional legal advice on issues related to the case, orally or in writing, in a timely manner; 4. Case reporting: The Supplier shall prepare litigation strategy plans and submit them to the Company for approval, and provide case progress reports as required by the Company; 5. File management: The Supplier shall properly keep all case documents, promptly file them after case closure, and hand them over to the Company for archiving.
Award Price:
Basic agency fee: RMB 12,800.00
Contingency fee rate: 6.8% of the actual recovered amount
Total fees shall not exceed RMB 260,000.00
Project II: Procurement of Legal Agency Service for a Series of Cases Arising from the Lease Contract Between Yingli Real Estate and Chufeng and Xixi
