As the last day of 2024 elapsed, we are about to usher in a hopeful 2025. As we bid farewell to the old and usher in the new, I extend sincere greetings and best wishes to all who have supported Ying Li International's development, including leaders, friends, partners, customers, and our dedicated employees and their families.

2024 was an extraordinary year for us. In the face of turbulent international environment and complicated industry situation, Ying Li International forged ahead with concerted efforts under the leadership of China Everbright Group, CEL and the Company's board of directors. All of our cadres and staff go all out for their annual goals, with remarkable achievements in operation and management and highlights in transformation.

This year, we took the initiative and have achieved initial success in the operation of multiple business types. With business indicators of commercial projects growing steadily, we have made remarkable achievements in activating sporadic stock assets. In addition, customer satisfaction has continued to improve. IFC won the title of "Top Ten Landmark Buildings for National Operation and Management in 2024", with stable and sound momentum of core business development.

This year, we took multiple measures to steadily advance asset sales, achieved breakthroughs in project disposal, reduced costs and increased efficiency, and maintained systemic risk prevention. We ensured zero accidents in production and operation, further consolidating the foundation for high-quality development.

This year, we stuck to the right path, made constant innovations and explored new businesses in the fields of light asset management and output, new energy, massive health industry and cross-border trade. We worked together to open up new tracks and new modes by leveraging the group's superior resources, accelerating the strategic transformation of our company.

This year, we boldly tackled challenges, embracing the national strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and ESG cooperation. We promoted Chongqing's international consumption hub status, leveraged resources, empowered businesses, practiced social welfare, supported industries, attracted investments, and contributed to rural revitalization, showcasing our state-owned enterprise's commitment.

We marched forward in the right direction and kept chasing our dreams. The year of 2025 is the last year of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and also a crucial year for promoting our strategic objectives and implementing the transformation plans. With greater enthusiasm and ambition, we will enhance core functions, improve management efficiency, accelerate business expansion, and strive for self-breakthroughs on China's modernization journey, delivering outstanding results for Ying Li International's 14th Five-Year Plan.
