From August 15 to 16, 2024, the Ying Li International Safety Production Leading Team conducted summer fire and flood prevention and safety inspections of the "nine small places" across several of the company's owned properties.

The inspection was led by Ren Chao, head of the Ying Li International Safety Production Leading Team, along with deputy heads Zhang Hanqiu and Guo Weiwen. The team consisted of three inspection groups to carry out in-depth safety checks at project sites including Ying Li International Financial Centre, Future International, Ying Li International Plaza, and Ying Li International Hardware and Electrical Centre. The focus was on inspecting key facilities and equipment such as power distribution, fire prevention, air conditioning, and elevators within office buildings, shopping malls, and garages. The inspection also covered drainage systems and flood-fighting materials at key flood-prevention locations like roofs of properties and garage entrances. In addition, they reviewed and rechecked the rectification of fire hazards related to fire evacuation routes, fire signage, and fire barriers in properties leased to "nine small places". During the inspection, the leading team focused on the implementation of the company's safety management requirements and emphasized the need to strengthen the identification and rectification of safety hazards to prevent accidents. All departments and projects were urged to enhance fire and flood prevention promotion, improve emergency response plans and drills, and raise the level of emergency security. To ensure the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directives on fire safety and flood prevention, they were requested to enhance risk awareness, uphold bottom-line thinking, and coordinate efforts in flood control, disaster prevention, and fire safety for the company's safe and stable operations.
